Are your paintings framed? My work is sold unframed. All my canvas paintings have a 4 cm deep edge and many people prefer this more modern unframed look, it also means it can be shipped without costing you more. Please contact me if you would like bespoke advice on framing. Will my painting be ready to hang? Yes, all my paintings on canvas will come with the necessary fixings, ready to brighten your wall. ABSTRACT ART PRINTS
How are the fine art prints made? My original artwork is professionally photographed and printed to museum archival standard, using ultra chrome pigmented inks on 300gsm cotton rag paper. These prints are carefully matched to my original paintings, giving you all the beautiful details and colours but in a size and price to suit your needs. Do you make fine art prints of all your paintings? No, most are available as originals only. Certain paintings which I feel would work particularly well as reproductions are selected to be available as prints. Can I order a print at a different size? Most prints have some sizing options so you can choose what suits you, although not all are available at the largest size. Remember once you have added a surrounding mount board and a frame the final dimensions will be larger. Will my print be framed? No, this saves on shipping costs and avoids the challenges of shipping glass. My prints are made to fit standard sized frames, so you can choose the perfect frame to meet your taste and setting once you have received the artwork. Please email me at Kate@KateGreenART.com if you need advice on framing. You could also look at eframe for ordering mounts and frames online. How will my print be wrapped? Pieces under 20 x 30 cm will be carefully packed flat. Larger artwork will be rolled and sent in a cardboard tube to make sure it reaches you in the best condition. For further details about delivery please see the SHIPPING details. What is the production time for prints? All my prints are made to order and take upto 12 days to be created, however if there is a specific date requirement my printers are great at doing their best to meet dates if achievable, so please ask if uncertain.
