SHIPPING
Is my shipping for any paintings on canvas really FREE, wherever I live in the world? Yes it really is! As a THANK YOU for your custom I am extending FREE shipping to ALL my customers who buy a painting from me - WHEREVER you live in the world! It's a way for me to express my appreciation of your investment in my art. Please enter the code THANKYOUGIFT at the checkout. The system will only allow for one discount code at a time I'm afraid - if you have a % discount as well, please use this at the checkout and message me for a refund for the shipping cost. I have placed my order, how soon will I receive my artwork? Most orders will be packed and shipped within 5 working days. Within the UK pieces are sent by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or courier depending on size and weight. Most UK deliveries arrive within 2-3 days from time of shipping. Please allow 7 working days in total. If you need delivery by a specific date, please contact me first to make sure it can reach you in time. There may be an extra charge for rush deliveries according to your requirements. We do not process orders or delivery on weekends or during public holidays. How will I know when my item is shipped? You will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. If you have any concerns regarding shipping, feel free to contact me. Can I collect my artwork from your studio? Yes, if you would like to collect in person you would be very welcome, it would be lovely to see you. Once you have placed your order I will email you and we can work out a time to meet. My home is North Cambridge CB4. If you live in the Cambridge area and you would appreciate a home delivery I will be happy to personally deliver your purchases to your door, just drop me a message when placing your order and we can arrange a convenient time. Can you ship internationally? Yes, I ship to most countries, although it will take longer to arrive depending on your location. Overseas shipments (outside the UK) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges. Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
YES I do - FREE of charge and all tied up with a colourful bow! Once you have paid for your item, just let me know that you want me to gift wrap it and send it to someone else - let me know their name, address and any message that you would like me to add to the card. |
RETURNS
What if it arrives and I don’t like it? I want you to be fully happy with your new artwork. If a piece is not as you expect, you have 7 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days. Payment is refunded minus the cost of shipping and PayPal or other payment fees. What if my piece arrives damaged? All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days with a photograph. What about Overseas Returns? Yes, I accept Overseas returns too. You have 7 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days. Payment is refunded minus the cost of shipping and PayPal or other payment fees.
